I have used Skypark on numerous occasions over the past 5 years and have been extremely happy with their prices and especially with after sales services. Obviously with covid I had to move around and cancel a few bookings and the assistance I got from the team was first class. Refunded my payments immediately. This year I have changed details of my bookings numerous times and Nyomi has sorted it out straight away and send confirmation. Thank you Nyomi really appreciate all your help.

Dreadful customer service
Have used SkyParkSecure for years but this time they have been terrible. Meet & Greet car parking booked 9 months early to secure a good deal (£43). Due to a security breach they cancelled my parking 8 days before I’m due to travel. Completely understand why they did it. However all they have done is refunded my original booking, rather than book me an alternative. The cheapest I can now get is £109. When I complained & asked to see if I could get some form of compensation, this was their response ‘Unfortunately we were uanble to secure alternative parking for you on this occasion’….that was it!! I found one no problem! No apology & no offer of any form of compensation! Dreadful customer service!!

Great customer service. We had to cancel our booking because of illness, Covid19. Having contacted the Skypark team and explained our predicament via email I was delighted at the speed of communication from the CS team in cancelling our booking and the cando attitude in enquiring if we required further assistance. One hears so many bad things about parking companies but I have nothing but praise for the customer services at SkyparkSecure they were very efficient.

Having prepaid for a vehicle which then broke down, I was unable to amend my booking due to it being within 72 hours of our flight. I rebooked for our other vehicle. When we came to exit the car park, it wouldn't let us out. When asking the attendant for help, he told us he could not find a record of our booking. Once he arrived at the barrier to confirm the booking he advised that SkyPark Secure do not pay the airport car parks for the bookings. STAY CLEAR OF SKY PARK SECURE.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! Not only waited over an hour for my car they stole my change I kept in the car! A bunch of thieves. Customer service didn't even reply to me. Absolute disgrace. Do not use

Car parking
Plane was delayed so asked to changed carp park dates. I thought this is going to be a nightmare. They emailed me back straight away telling me what to do and it was all perfect. Thank you all

Excellent service
Excellent service. I had booked a place at Manchester airport but ended up with a hire car so had to contact customer services to change the reg (oh and I had booked the wrong date?). It was sorted so quickly. The day before we went on holiday we had to change the car reg again ?which was stressful for us and again, this was dealt with so quickly and professionally. Back now and just wanted to thank the staff for their help.

Stranded at the airport
I rarely leave reviews, and never bad ones, but you need to be warned against using Skyparksecure. I did, and it cost me just under £400 in parking fees (ref SPS-1-4801735). After booking meet&greet parking at Heathrow a few weeks in advance with Skyparksecure (and receiving confirmation as well as pick up instructions), on the day nobody showed up. The phone number we were instructed to call turned out to be disconnected and we couldn’t get through to anyone. Since there was nobody to take the car and we had a flight to catch, we eventually had to leave it at Heathrow short stay which came up to just under £400 – an amount we didn’t plan to pay since we had booked Skyparksecure and had no reason to believe they would fail to provide the service we paid for. So that was one expensive (and frustrating) parking experience. Needless to say won’t be using them again.

This has to be the worst valet parking…
This has to be the worst valet parking company I have ever used, avoid at all cost regardless of how cheap they appear to be. I waited more than two hours for my car at Gatwick yesterday!!!!

So grateful to Nyomi for helping us and resolving a situation for us in such a professional and efficient manner. She is an asset to skyparksecure.
They don’t vet the companies on their site
Unfortunately they don’t properly vet the services they re-sell on their website and failed to take down the services after being made aware of their abject failures.
I used them to book parking and had a ridiculously bad experience (see Kwikpark), and I informed skyparksecure and while they gave me a partial refund (only £5), I asked them to review the companies they deal with and they ignored me and failed to.
I can’t trust them and you shouldn’t either

Booked meet & greet T1 Manchester in…
Booked meet & greet T1 Manchester in Jan giving my flight details, car reg and dates of holiday, I received a conformation email straight away. Since then Ryainair have moved to T3 requsted to change booking. Now being told my booking refrence no. is attached to someone elses email address and not mine so I cant cancel & rebook. Any computer buffs out there able to tell me how this could happen? I think GDPA has been breached.

Had to rearrange my holiday at short notice which gave me lots of stress but the easiest part was rearranging the parking at no extra cost.. will continue to use Skypark for future holidays :-)
